2006 New York Code - Technical Assistance.



 
    § 340. Technical assistance.  The commissioner shall provide technical
  assistance   to   social   services   districts   in   the  development,
  implementation and administration of plans described  in  section  three
  hundred thirty-three of this title.
    The  department shall monitor the implementation and ongoing operation
  of the programs pursuant to this title.  Such monitoring  shall  include
  review  of  sample  cases to assess compliance with applicable state and
  federal statutes and regulations.
