2006 New York Code - Control Of Inmates.



 
    §  198.  Control  of inmates. If any inmate shall wilfully disobey the
  rules of the home in such a way as to be detrimental to the  welfare  of
  the  other  inmates,  the  commissioner  may institute a proceeding in a
  court of competent  jurisdiction  against  such  inmate  for  disorderly
  conduct.
