2006 New York Code - Reimbursement For Services.



 
    §  153-b.  Reimbursement for services.   Expenditures made by a social
  services district for the purposes of  this  chapter  as  authorized  by
  section  one  hundred thirty-one-g of this chapter shall, if approved by
  the department, be subject to reimbursement by the state not pursuant to
  section one hundred fifty-three or any other provision of this  chapter,
  but,  in accordance with the regulations of the department to the extent
  of any and only in the amount of federal funds, if any properly received
  or to be received on account of such expenditures.
