2006 New York Code - Exclusiveness Of Eligibility Requirements.



 
    § 142. Exclusiveness of eligibility requirements.  No person receiving
  federal  supplemental  security  income payments and/or additional state
  payments, or family assistance shall for the  same  period  receive  any
  other of such forms of assistance.
