2006 New York Code - Authority To Operate Family Homes For Adults.



 
    §  131-h.    Authority  to  operate family homes for adults.  A social
  services official may be authorized to operate family homes for  adults,
  in  compliance  with the regulations of the department, if such official
  applies for such authority and demonstrates the need therefor  and  that
  suitable care is not otherwise available.
