2006 New York Code - Exemption From Jurisdiction Of Public Service Commission And From The Provisions Of The Public Service Law.



 
    § 67. Exemption  from  jurisdiction  of  public service commission and
  from the provisions of the public service law. Cooperatives and  foreign
  corporations doing business in this state pursuant to this chapter shall
  be  exempt  in  all  respects  from  the jurisdiction and control of the
  public service commission of this state and shall not be subject to  the
  provisions  of  the public service law. Each cooperative, however, shall
  file with the public service commission an annual report verified by the
  oath of the president,  vice-president,  treasurer,  secretary,  general
  manager, or receiver, if any. The report shall show in detail
    (a) The number of its members;
    (b)  The  amount  of  its  bonded  indebtedness  and other outstanding
  indebtedness;
    (c) Its receipts and expenditures during the preceding year;
    (d) The amount paid in reduction of its indebtedness and  as  interest
  upon its indebtedness;
    (e)  The  names  of  its  officers  and  the  aggregate amount paid as
  salaries to them and the amount paid as wages to its employees;
    (f) The location of its plant  or  plants  and  system,  with  a  full
  description of its property and franchises.
