§ 330. Adoption of local law. No "charter law", as such term is defined in section thirty-two of the municipal home rule law, nor local law shall be adopted which is inconsistent with the provisions of this title. No local law adopted pursuant to the provisions of this title shall be subject to a mandatory or permissive referendum except as provided in section three hundred twenty-eight or three hundred twenty-nine of this title.
