2006 New York Code - Orders Of The Commissioner Of Transportation.



 
    §  312.  Orders  of the commissioner of transportation. In addition to
  its other powers under this article, the commissioner of  transportation
  shall  have  power,  after  a hearing held in his discretion, on his own
  motion and on reasonable notice, to make and file such orders as he  may
  deem  necessary  or  appropriate to direct a corporation which is or has
  been a railroad redevelopment corporation to  comply  with  any  of  the
  terms  and  conditions  contained in its certificate of approval or with
  any provisions of this article which the commissioner of  transportation
  finds are not being complied with by such corporation.
