2006 New York Code - Approval Required For Certain Contracts



 
    §  911.  Approval  required for certain contracts. Notwithstanding any
  other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any contract entered into
  prior to the effective date of this  section  by  the  New  York  Racing
  Association,  Inc.,  or amendments thereto, which is directly related to
  the operation, management, or distribution of revenues or  design  of  a
  video  lottery  gaming  facility at Aqueduct racetrack which contract or
  amendment either involves a loan or is substantially completed shall  be
  exclusively  subject to approval by the lottery division in all respects
  including the procedures  for  procurement  based  upon  the  division's
  determination  that  such  contract or amendment optimizes quality, cost
  and efficiency.
