2006 New York Code - Acquisition Of Racing Facilities.



 
    §   209.   Acquisition   of  racing  facilities.  Any  corporation  or
  association incorporated under section two hundred two of this  chapter,
  or  licensed  or  enfranchised  under  this article, desiring to acquire
  racing facilities, including real estate, of  one  or  more  other  such
  corporations or associations or the capital stock thereof shall apply to
  the state racing and wagering board for approval of such acquisition. If
  in  the  judgment  of  such  board  the  public interest, convenience or
  necessity and the best interest  of  racing  generally  will  be  served
  thereby,  such  board  shall  enter  an  order granting approval of such
  acquisition and of the terms thereof.
