2006 New York Code - Tax Exemptions.



 
    §  219-h. Tax exemptions.  The provisions of subdivisions one, two and
  three of section fifty-two of this chapter shall apply with equal  force
  and effect to emergency projects so long as such projects are controlled
  by  an  authority or a city, provided, however, that any bonds, notes or
  other obligations or evidences of indebtedness issued by an authority or
  a city shall at all times be exempt from all taxation by  the  state  or
  any subdivision thereof.
