2006 New York Code - Statement Required For Termination Of Lease.



 
    § 156-c. Statement required for termination of lease.  Notwithstanding
  any other provision of law, an authority must incorporate into a written
  notice  of termination of a lease the specific grounds upon which it has
  made its determination for termination.
