2006 New York Code - Restoration Of Licenses After Suspension And Revocation.



 
    §  3453.  Restoration of licenses after suspension and revocation.  1.
  The commissioner may, in his discretion, reissue a license to any person
  whose license has been revoked.
    2. Application for the reissuance of a license shall not be made prior
  to one year after revocation and shall be made in  such  manner  as  the
  commissioner may direct.
