2006 New York Code - Funeral Directing; Reports By Trainees, Employees And Schools.



 
    § 3424. Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools.
  1. Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:
    (a)  maintain  and  file  such  periodic  records  and  reports as the
  department shall require; and
    (b)  notify  the  department  promptly  of  any   change   in   school
  registration or change of employment.
