2006 New York Code - Live Pathogenic Microorganisms Or Viruses; Violations; Penalties



 
    §   3203.  Live  pathogenic  microorganisms  or  viruses;  violations;
  penalties.  Any violation of this article shall be deemed a  misdemeanor
  punishable by a fine of two hundred dollars, six months' imprisonment or
  both.
