2006 New York Code - Local Boards Of Health; Villages And Towns; Organization.



 
    §  302.  Local boards of health; villages and towns; organization.  1.
  In villages the board of health shall consist of the board  of  trustees
  of the village.
    2. In towns the board of health shall consist of the town board.
