2006 New York Code - Prerequisites To Consent Of Commissioner.



 
    §  2855.  Prerequisites  to  consent of commissioner. The commissioner
  shall not approve any such certificate or amendment thereto  unless  and
  until  there is endorsed thereon or annexed thereto the written approval
  of the public health council in accordance  with  section  two  thousand
  eight hundred one-a of the public health law.
