§ 2799-j. Research. The department shall collaborate with state-identified comprehensive care centers for eating disorders and the office of mental health to facilitate research relating to community education, prevention, treatment and patient outcomes, including the center's activities in such areas and the effectiveness of its treatment models. The department shall incorporate reports by each comprehensive care center on the center's research activities and findings, together with any additional findings and recommendations, and report to the governor and legislature on or before the first day of September, two thousand five, and each year thereafter.
