    §  2600.  Helen  Hayes  Hospital; hospital care and treatment.  1. The
  Helen Hayes Hospital is continued for the care and treatment of  persons
  who are physically disabled, deformed or are suffering from disease from
  which they are likely to become physically disabled or deformed.
    2.  The  patients  in such hospital shall be permitted to exercise and
  enjoy religious profession and worship freely and without discrimination
  or preference.
