2006 New York Code - Sexually Transmissible Diseases; Violation; Penalties.



 
    §  2309.  Sexually  transmissible diseases; violation; penalties.  Any
  person who shall violate any of the provisions of sections two  thousand
  three  hundred  to  two thousand three hundred seven, inclusive, of this
  chapter or any rule, regulation or order made  and  approved  under  the
  provisions  of  section two thousand three hundred three of this chapter
  shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
