2006 New York Code - Domestic Violence Recognition.



 
    §  2137.    Domestic  violence  recognition.  The department shall, in
  consultation with the office for the prevention of domestic violence and
  statewide organizations and community  based  organizations,  develop  a
  protocol  for  the  identification  and screening of victims of domestic
  violence who may either be a protected individual or a contact  as  used
  in this title.
