          MUNICIPAL ASSISTANCE CORPORATION FOR THE CITY OF NEW YORK
 
  Section 3030.   Short title.
          3031.   Legislative findings and statement of purposes.
          3032.   Definitions.
          3033.   Creation of the municipal assistance corporation for the
                    city of New York; authorized indebtedness.
          3034.   Administration of the corporation.
          3035.   Exchange  of  notes  or  bonds  of  the  corporation for
                    short-term obligations of the city.
          3036.   Payments to the corporation; funds of the corporation.
          3036-a. Further payments to the corporation; additional funds of
                    the corporation.
          3036-b. Further payments to the corporation; additional funds of
                    the corporation.
          3037.   Payments to or purchases of obligations of the city.
          3037-a. Funding capital projects.
          3038.   Conditions on extension of benefits to the city.
          3039.   Review by the corporation.
          3040.   Remedies of the corporation.
          3041.   Funds of the corporation.
    * NB The corporation shall continue for a term  ending  the  later  of
  July  1, 2008 or one year after its liabilities have been fully paid and
  discharged per § 3033 sub 1.
