2006 New York Code - Members Not To Be Interested In Transactions.



 
    §  837. Members not to be interested in transactions. No member of the
  board shall be interested, directly or indirectly,  in  any  transaction
  with  the authority, except the leasing as a grower of a stall or stalls
  upon the market and  such  transactions  as  are  ordinarily  incidental
  thereto.
