2006 New York Code - State And County Not Liable On Bonds.



 
    §  831.  State  and  county  not  liable on bonds. The bonds and other
  obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state or of  any
  county  or  counties  included  within the district, and the board shall
  have no power to make them payable out of any funds except those of  the
  authority.
