2006 New York Code - State And County Not Liable On Notes And Bonds.



 
    §  663.  State and county not liable on notes and bonds. The notes and
  bonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of  the
  state of New York or of the county, and neither the state nor the county
  shall  be  liable  thereon,  nor  shall they be payable out of any funds
  other than those of the authority.
