2006 New York Code - State Police - Payment For Services.



 
    §  357-a.  State Police - payment for services. Enforcement assistance
  provided by the division of state police at the request of the authority
  shall be reimbursed by the  authority  from  the  miscellaneous  special
  revenue  fund, New York state thruway authority account. The comptroller
  is hereby authorized and directed to deposit to  this  account  revenues
  received  from  the thruway authority as reimbursement for expenditures.
  In  addition,  the  authority   shall   reimburse   the   division   for
  administrative   and   other   support   services  connected  with  such
  assistance. Such reimbursement shall be made from the general fund.  The
  authority shall deposit said reimbursement funds for administrative  and
  other  support services to the credit of the division of state police on
  a quarterly basis, on or before  June  thirtieth,  September  thirtieth,
  December thirtieth and March first of each year.
