2006 New York Code - Funds And Accounts Of Public Authorities



 
    §  2890. Funds and accounts of public authorities. Notwithstanding any
  inconsistent provision of this chapter or any other general, special  or
  local  law,  every  authority  or  commission  hereafter created by this
  chapter is hereby empowered to establish such funds and accounts  as  it
  may  deem  necessary  subject  to  such  agreements as such authority or
  commission shall conclude with the holders of its bonds or notes.
