2006 New York Code - State And County Not Liable On Authority Bonds.



 
    §  2787.  State  and county not liable on authority bonds. Neither the
  state nor the county shall be liable on the bonds of the  authority  and
  such  bonds  shall  not  be  a debt of the state or the county, and such
  bonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.
