2006 New York Code - State And County And Other Municipalities Not Liable On Authority Bonds.



 
    §  2680-h.  State  and  county  and other municipalities not liable on
  authority  bonds.  Neither  the  state  nor  the  county  or  any  other
  municipality  shall  be  liable  on  the bonds of the authority and such
  bonds shall not be a  debt  of  the  state,  the  county  or  any  other
  municipality,  and  each such bond shall contain, on the face thereof, a
  statement to such effect.
