2006 New York Code - Track, Bridge, Signal, Station And Other Facility Operation And Maintenance.



 
    §  2642-q. Track, bridge, signal, station and other facility operation
  and maintenance. The operation, maintenance and use of  track,  bridges,
  signals, freight stations, passenger stations and other facilities shall
  be  public purposes of the authority and the participating counties. The
  total cost to the authority of operation, maintenance and  use  of  each
  track,  bridge,  signal,  freight  station,  passenger station and other
  facility within the counties of the district located in  the  state  and
  serviced  by  one  or  more  railroad  facilities  of  the  authority or
  corporations, including the buildings, appurtenances,  platforms,  lands
  and  approaches  incidental  or  adjacent thereto, shall be borne by the
  authority.
