2006 New York Code - Duration
§ 1799. Duration. The authority and its corporate existence shall continue for a period of ninety-nine years from the effective date hereof and thereafter until all liabilities under any lease with the Seneca Nation of Indians, and any liability by reason of the renewal or amendment thereof shall have been satisfied.
