2006 New York Code - Definitions.



 
    §  1791.  Definitions.  Definitions:  As  used in this title, unless a
  different meaning clearly appears from the context:
    (a) The term "nation" shall mean the Seneca Nation of Indians.
    (b) The term "reservation" shall mean the  reservation  lands  of  the
  Seneca  Nation  of  Indians  underlying the city of Salamanca, county of
  Cattaraugus in the state of New York.
    (c) The term "city" shall mean the city of Salamanca.
    (d) The term "mayor" shall mean the mayor of the city of Salamanca.
    (e) The term "master lease" shall mean the lease from  the  nation  to
  the authority.
    (f) The term "sublease" shall mean a lease between the authority and a
  lessee.
