2006 New York Code - Inconsistent Provisions In Other Acts Superseded



 
    * §  1599-s.  Inconsistent  provisions in other acts superseded. In so
  far as the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions
  of any other act, general or special, or of any local law of  the  city,
  the provisions of this title shall be controlling.
    * NB  There  are 4 § 1599-s's; Authority ceased to exist 12/31/99, and
  thereafter until all liabilities have  been  met/discharged,  and  bonds
  paid/discharged
