2006 New York Code - Effect Of Inconsistent Provisions



 
    §  1226-z.  Effect  of  inconsistent  provisions.  In  so  far  as the
  provisions of this title are inconsistent with  the  provisions  of  any
  other  act,  general or special, or of any charter, local law, ordinance
  or resolution of any municipality, the provisions of this title shall be
  controlling.  Nothing  contained  in  this  section  shall  be  held  to
  supplement  or  otherwise  expand  the powers or duties of the authority
  otherwise set forth in this title. Except as specifically  provided  for
  in  this  title,  in the performance of any of its functions, powers and
  duties, the authority shall be subject  to  all  applicable  general  or
  special  laws  of  the  state,  the  county  charter, and any local law,
  ordinance or resolution of the county.
