2006 New York Code - Interest In Contracts Prohibited.



 
    §  1045-w. Interest in contracts prohibited. It shall be a misdemeanor
  for any member or  any  officer,  agent,  servant  or  employee  of  the
  authority  or  of the water board to be in any way or manner interested,
  directly or indirectly in the furnishing of work, materials, supplies or
  labor, or in any contract therefor which the authority or the board,  as
  the case may be, is empowered by this title to make.
