2006 New York Code - Separability Clause.



 
    * §  1020-v.  Separability clause. If any section, clause or provision
  of this title shall be held by a competent court to be  unconstitutional
  or ineffective in whole or in part, in its terms or in its operation, to
  the  extent  that  it is not unconstitutional or ineffective it shall be
  valid and effective and no other section, clause or provision  shall  on
  account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.
