2006 New York Code - State And Village Not Liable On Bonds And Notes.



 
    * § 1020-j. State and village not liable on bonds and notes. The bonds
  and  other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state
  or of the village and, subject to section one thousand twenty-o of  this
  title,  the  board  shall  have no power to make them payable out of any
  funds except those of the authority.
