2006 New York Code - Summary Proceedings; Venue.



 
    §  303.  Summary  proceedings;  venue. A summary proceeding to recover
  possession of real property or to  remove  tenants  therefrom  shall  be
  brought  in  the  county in which the real property or a part thereof is
  situated.
