2006 New York Code - Contempt.



 
    §  210.  Contempt.  All  of  the provisions of law governing civil and
  criminal contempts in like instances in supreme  court  shall  apply  in
  this  court,  except  that  this court shall have no power to punish for
  contempt a judge or justice of any court.
