2006 New York Code - Interpleader.



 
    § 205. Interpleader. The court shall have jurisdiction of an action of
  interpleader  and  defensive interpleader as defined and governed by the
  CPLR, provided that the amount  in  controversy  or  the  value  of  the
  property involved does not exceed $25,000.
