2006 New York Code - Jury Terms.



 
    §  1306. Jury terms. Jury terms shall be held as may from time to time
  be directed by rule or order. All provisions of law applicable to  trial
  jurors in supreme court, insofar as such provisions are not inconsistent
  with this act, shall apply as nearly as may be in this court.
