§ 466. Penalties. a. Any violation of the provisions of sections four hundred sixty-three, four hundred sixty-four or subdivision b of section four hundred sixty-five shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by not more than one year imprisonment or by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars or by both. b. In addition to the penalties prescribed in subdivision a of this section, any person who violates the provisions of sections four hundred sixty-three, four hundred sixty-four or subdivision b of section four hundred sixty-five shall be liable for a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars.
