2006 New York Code - Apportionment Of Assessments.



 
    §  1513.  Apportionment  of  assessments. When any separately assessed
  parcel of real estate shall have been divided prior to the first day  of
  June,  the  commissioner  may  apportion  the assessment thereof in such
  manner as may be provided by law.
