2006 New York Code - Lights.



 
    §  27-4279  Lights.  All  lights  used in theatres and other places of
  public amusement, factories, stores, hotels, lodging houses, and in show
  windows shall be properly protected by globes or glass coverings, or  in
  such  other  manner  as  the  commissioner  shall prescribe. All lighted
  candles, oil or fluid lamps, or burning lights of any  kind,  which  are
  taken  into or used in any barn or stable, shall be enclosed and secured
  in a good glass, horn, or other lantern.
