2006 New York Code - Fire Safety Requirements.



 
    §  27-4267.1  Fire  safety requirements. When required by the building
  code, all new and existing buildings shall be provided with  sprinklers,
  exit  lighting,  exit signs, stair and elevator signs, signs in sleeping
  rooms, fire alarms, communication systems and fire command stations.
