2006 New York Code - Ash Storage Pits And Bins.



 
    §  27-422  Ash  storage  pits  and bins. Ash storage pits and bins not
  located within a boiler room enclosure shall be constructed of two  hour
  fire-resistive  construction,  except  that  roofs  over ash pits may be
  constructed of noncombustible materials.
