2006 New York Code - Restrictions.



 
    §  27-4216  Restrictions. a. The handling, use, storage or recovery of
  safety film for commercial purposes in a  building  which  is  of  frame
  construction  or  which  is of other than fireproof construction if more
  than three stories or fifty feet in height is prohibited.
    b. All premises shall provide at least one approved two  and  one-half
  gallons  fire  extinguisher for every twenty-five hundred square feet of
  such areas.
