2006 New York Code - Exemptions.



 
    §  27-4215  Exemptions.  The  storage  and  use in a theatre or motion
  picture theatre of motion picture  film  used  solely  in  a  projection
  machine, are exempt from the provisions of this subchapter, but shall be
  subject  to  the provisions of section 27-4206 of this code. The storage
  and use of safety film in a television  studio  as  defined  in  section
  27-4212  of this code are exempt from the provisions of this subchapter,
  but shall be subject to the provisions of subchapter  twenty-A  of  this
  chapter.
