2006 New York Code - Certificate Of Fitness.



 
    §  27-4073 Certificate of fitness. At all times during which a storage
  garage is in operation, the premises shall  be  continuously  under  the
  care  and  supervision  of a person holding a certificate of fitness for
  such supervision, issued by the commissioner.
