    §  27-4028 Fees for special permits: searches and copies of records of
  the department. a. For a special permit the applicant shall pay the  fee
  fixed  by the commissioner at the time of authorizing the permit. b. The
  fee per certification of a requested record search shall be ten  dollars
  for  each  item  requested  for the building, structure or premises. The
  commissioner shall have the power to make necessary regulations relating
  to the furnishing of copies of records of  the  department  and  require
  payment  of this fee from all applicants including owner of premises and
  his or her representatives. Above certification  to  be  given  to  city
  departments  without  charge.  c.  The  fee  for  producing  records for
  applicant examinations at the office of the bureau  of  fire  prevention
  shall be ten dollars for any one building, structure or premises. d. The
  fee for the issuance of a violation dismissal notice requested by anyone
  other  than  the person or company to whom the order was issued shall be
  five dollars for each violation dismissal notice. e.  The  fee  for  the
  issuance of verification of lost permits, certificates or licenses shall
  be in accordance with section 27-4026 of this code. Verification of lost
  certificates shall be limited to one such verification.
